(More customer reviews)You know, I realize I give a lot of 5 star reviews, but it's because I do A LOOOOT of research before I buy anything online - not much more I hate getting something that's not perfect for what I need.
This is no exception - and I knew it would be good b/c I have the exact same case in brown for the Kindle 2. Well-made, clean edges, holes in all the right places w/o obstructing any buttons, sturdy, and LIGHTWEIGHT - I mean, the whole idea is that you're comfortable holding the kindle + case for extended periods, right? A big improvement is the lightweight metal mesh over the speakers. The kindle 3 has to be pushed in as the fit is tight - which I like a lot as it won't come out even when shaken - this is even snugger than the last case. And of course even more secure when the top is flipped over.
And still love the kickstand - I read in bed on my side a lot and I can just prop it up, change the orientation of the text, and read comfortably for a long while.
The purple is very pretty, by the way.
All in all, no reservations from this company with this case - as you can tell I'm a repeat fan and will be again in the future.
