(More customer reviews)Just bought this - my first Kindle so wasn't sure what I would need but after much looking decided on a flip case for standing up & for folding completely back, magnetic closure for quick closing, frame designed for clear access to ports, and comfortable material. The dusk shade adds a nice bit of muted purple-gray color around the Kindle frame. The exterior material is comfortable to hold, and the leather-like vinyl is soft & smooth on frame and pocket (plastic on the backside inside the pocket). The Kindle fits snugly in the frame (noticed a tear on one of the seams after I tugged to adjust it straight, not sure if that was there before or afterward but a bit of superglue seems to have stopped the tear). Adding the cover makes the Kindle weigh about as much as a hardback. Stability standing up seems good (I haven't used it in that position) and the cover folds completely back. Light magnets in both sides of the frame seem adequate for holding the cover closed in a purse. All ports are easily accessible. Ordered through Amazon seller Javoedge and shipment arrived seven days later. Hope this helps.
