(More customer reviews)This leather cover isn't "fine Corinthian leather" but it does the job to protect my Kindle2 without doing any of the hinge damage suggested by other models of covers. The Kindle fits snugly within the leather frame. After a while, you don't even notice it while you are reading. The outside cover texture is slightly matte, making it easy to hold securely. The inside is faux velvet. The stitching is close and even. The magnets keep the cover closed when the Kindle is not in use, and overall, the case does not add much to the size of the device at all. As promised, the cutouts provide ready access to all the buttons and plugs. And you can't beat the price. I'm very happy with my purchase. I only wish they had other colors besides black and red.
