Case feels soft and leather-like, closes with a (hidden) magnet (no tab sticking out! - that was a requirement), all buttons, controls, etc. very accessible (didn't like the ones with corner elastic that covered part of a control), place for my business card and a little notebook and pen.
It took me a long time to decide on a cover, and I am thrilled with my choice. I highly recommend it!
Also, it folds back easily to hold with one hand - not bulky at all.
