Maybe Amazon will fix the issues and come out with an updated one some time. Have gotten a few cases since to try. This one is my favorite. It's a bit unusual and has some personality. The cover material is a pebbled orange (like a basketball), but the color is not real bright; which is a good thing from my perspective. The stitching is meant to mimic a basketball also, but reminds me more of a modern art design. The kindle fits very well in the enclosed frame. The cover folds back nicely and the whole case is comfortable to hold while reading. A magnet helps keep the cover closed, although it is not real strong. The cover has some padding, which helps in the protection department. I'd highly recommend this case if you're looking for a quality product that does not look like so many of the other cases on the market.
