(More customer reviews)I read most of the reviews about leather holders for the Kindle 2. There was also some concern from owners that a light was needed and the other covers did not have something to hold the cover closed. That made me think I wanted the Periscope cover because it has a built in light and a snap to hold the cover closed.
Upon delivery, I immidiately placed the Kindle 2 in the cover but did not like the fit of the 4 elastic corners. I checked the Periscope site and the picture showed, what I thought to be a different slant on the elastic as it crossed the corner of the Kindle 2. However, mine seemed off about 1/4" from the picture. I phoned, Eric Fisherman INC, the providing company and they suggested that, if I didn't trust the elastics to hold in the Kindle 2 to attach a velcro dot to its back and the other side to the cover. I told them that was not an acceptable solution to the problem.
I discovered that the included light made the Kindle 2, in the cover, too large to handle easily and decided that I wanted something smaller.
They agreed to allow me to return the cover for a refund.
I was happy with their return policy.
